My Career Path.
I first became an entrepreneur at the ripe age of 11, going door to door selling my services for lawn care, snow removal, and yard maintenance. This experience, combined with working in a grocery store starting at the age of 14, placed me on a path of understanding the role each and every person in a business plays in supporting the growth and sustainability of the business.
Formally I’ve lead teams and organizations in various sectors including automotive, electronics, distribution, power generation, retail, and not-for-profit, with roles in Sales, Operations, and even as President. After nearly two decades, I returned to live near my hometown and began speaking and consulting to businesses of all sizes. I was fortunate to work with several recognizable organizations, including CN Rail, Pepsi Co., and Tim Hortons, to name a few.
It was during these early years of my business that I found my passion was in helping entrepreneurs and business owners who had a desire to create extraordinary customer experiences in order to increase their sales.
Why I do what I do.
First and foremost, I’m a dedicated father of two boys and fortunate to have married the love of my life, Julie. Being an entrepreneur myself, I own and am involved in several businesses, and I find these experiences help me to relate to and understand the challenges that entrepreneurs face.
Despite a hectic travel schedule, I enjoy spending time with my wife and our two boys in the small town of Chatsworth, just two hours north of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. I’m a long-time fitness fanatic, having competed in and won my first Masters Physique Competition in 2019.
